A *Really* Vulnerable Share

I have been submitting this project (known to some of you as The Basil Project) for publication in a design mag for 6 months. Pretty much any large design magazine you can think of…I submitted to.

I don’t usually start with wall colors—but this house made me do it.

Even though we have structured rooms, they still are very open to one another. I needed a palette that flowed from one space to the next really thoughtfully.

I starte

I don’t love this kitchen, but I like it a lot more now that we made a few temporary changes while we await the kitchen renovation we hope to do in a few years!

What we did:
-painted trim, ceiling, walls and freestanding cabinets

-moved both

Tired, sweaty, happy people moving into their first home…with a baby on the way! Life is so so good.
